Course Description
The Practical Manual Handling course is a focused, two-hour training session designed specifically for disability support workers and aged care workers. This course emphasizes the importance of safe and effective manual handling techniques to prevent injuries and promote a healthy work environment. Participants will learn the fundamental principles of manual handling, including proper body mechanics, posture, and movement strategies.
