In accordance with the First Aid Code of Practice, the following is the general guideline:

HLTAID009 Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) is valid for twelve (12) months from date of issue. The Australian Resuscitation Council recommends CPR to be renewed every 12 months

HLTAID010 Provide Basic Life Support is valid for three (3) years from date of issue

HLTAID011 Provide First Aid is valid for three (3) years from date of issue

HLTAID012 Provide First Aid in an Education and Care Setting is valid for three (3) years from the date of issue

HLTAID014 Provide Advanced First Aid is valid for three (3) years from date of issue

HLTAID015 Provide Advance Resuscitation is valid for twelve (12) months from date of issue. The Australian Resuscitation Council recommends Advance resuscitation to be renewed every 12 months
