Online First Aid Store Returns and Exchange Policy

At Australian Pacific Training Solutions Pty Ltd, we are committed to ensuring our customers receive the correct products in excellent condition. We also understand that circumstances can change, which is why we offer a flexible exchange policy.

Change of Mind – Free Exchange

We offer free exchanges for most items if you change your mind, subject to the following conditions:

  • The item must be returned within 14 days of delivery.

  • The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • Items must be returned to our office at:

  • Customers may be required to pay freight costs for shipping replacement items.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will dispatch your replacement product.

Incorrect, Damaged, or Faulty Items

If you receive an item that is incorrect, damaged, or faulty, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. In these cases, we will provide a replacement, exchange, or refund at no cost to you, in accordance with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Due to health and safety regulations, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they are faulty:

  • Opened or used first aid kits, supplies, or consumables (e.g., bandages, gloves, CPR masks)

  • Any items not returned in original condition or packaging

Refunds

Where a refund is approved, it will be processed using the original payment method. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
